1- Udayagiri And Khandagiri Caves – Wonderous Caves
The Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves, formerly known as the Kattaka Caves or Cuttack Caves, are archaeologically, historically, and religiously significant caves located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. The caverns are located on two nearby hills, Udayagiri and Khandagiri, which are both referenced in the Hathigumpha inscription as Kumari Parvati. They feature a variety of nicely carved caves dating from the first century BCE. It is thought that the majority of these caves were cut out as housing for Jaina monks during King Kharavela’s reign. Udayagiri means “Sunrise Hill” and has 18 caves while Khandagiri has 15 caves.
The caves of Udayagiri and Khandagiri, called Lena or Lena in the inscriptions, were dug out mostly during the reign of Kharavela for the Jaina ascetics’ dwelling Ranigumpha, a double-storeyed monastery in Udayagiri, is the most important of this group. Hathi Gumpha, Ananta Gumpha, Ganesha Gumpha, Jaya Vijaya Gumpha, Mancapuri Gumpha, Bagha/Byaghra/Vyaghra Gumpha, and Sarpa Gumpha are all famous caves.
Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves have been added to the list of “Must See” Indian Heritage by the Archaeological Survey of India.

2- Ekamra Kanan Botanical Gardens – Bird Watching
Ekamra Kanan Botanical Gardens, also known as Ekamra Kanan, is a botanical garden and park in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. This is the city’s largest park and one of the city’s most popular tourist attractions. The park was founded in 1985 and covers a total of 500 acres of land. The Regional Plant Resource Centre of the Government of Odisha is home to this botanical park (RPRC). Local residents and visitors complained in 2017 that the authorities was not properly maintaining the site. The aquatic garden was overgrown with weeds, and it was filthy. A two-day flower show was held here in 2019.This is a big park, spanning 2 acres and brimming with appealing natural beauty. The presence of a variety of exotic birds around the park is the best aspect of this botanical garden. 3-Dhauli Shanti Stupa – Awe Inspiring
Dhauli, also known as Dhaulagiri, is an Odisha hill located on the banks of the Daya River, 8 kilometers south of Bhubaneswar. It’s famous for the “Dhauli Santi Stupa,” a peace pagoda established by Japan Buddha Sangha and Kalinga Nippon Buddha Sangha to commemorate the Great Kalinga War. The Kalinga War is thought to have been fought on Dhauli Hill. This magnificent and awe-inspiring Buddhist structure stands towering in the Dhauli hills. The monument was created in the early 1970s and is located in a very peaceful environment. This Buddhist temple is made entirely of white marble and is quite gorgeous. The drive to this monument is highly rewarding, with breathtaking scenery. From this monument on top of the hill, the views of Bhubaneswar city are breathtaking. 4-Deras Dam – Picturesque Landscapes
This is a spectacular dam with plenty of options for picnicking in the surrounding surroundings. The dam is located about 15 kilometers from the city center. The entire region surrounding the dam is forested and densely forested. This is a lovely picnic location with ethereal vistas and a charming natural setting. During the summer, you can also take a plunge in the water reservoir or simply sit with your feet in the water. There’s also a little cafeteria where you may get a hot cup of tea and some warm nibbles. By 4:30 p.m., the area will be closed. 4-Museum Of Tribal Arts & Artefacts – Collection Of Artefacts
The Tribal Research Institute Museum, also known as the Museum of Tribal Arts and Artifacts, is located on the grounds of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Research & Training Institute in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. It is known as the Tribal Museum and is conceptually labeled as the Museum of Man. It has life-sized authentic tribal dwellings, created by tribal craftsmen, that provide a view of the State’s tribal heritage. It has sections that showcase tribal artifacts and objects, focusing on well researched, documented cultural life of Odisha’s tribals. It is led by a Director with the title of University Professor, and the administrative supervision is in the hands of the Government of Odisha’s ST, SC, Minorities, and Backward Classes Welfare Department.

History:
It was founded in 1953 and is formally known as the “Museum of Man.” Five tribal huts were built in 1986 to symbolize the Santal, Juang, Gadaba, Saora, and Kandha communities, and the tribal relics were displayed for visitors. The new museum building was dedicated on March 5, 2001.
