1.Lingaraj Temple
Lingaraj is one of the oldest and ancient temple in bhubaneswar which is very auspicious on the lord shiva during the Maha Shivaratri.It is one of the prominent landmark of the Bhubaneswar. 2.Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves
Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves,also called Kattaka Caves or Cuttack caves are partly natural and partly artificial caves of archaeological, historical and religious importance in the city of Bhubaneswar. Udayagiri means Sunrise Hill and has 18 caves while Khandagiri has 15 caves. caves built during the 1st century BCE.

In Udayagiri, Hathigumpha (cave 14) and Ganeshagumpha (cave 10) are especially well known due to art treasures of their sculptures and reliefs as well as due to their historical importance. Khandagiri offers a fine view back over Bhubaneswar from its summit. The Ananta cave (cave 3) depicts carved figures of women, elephants, athletes, and geese carrying flowers.

4. Nandankanan Zoological Park
Nandankanan Zoological Park is a 437-hectare zoo and it was opened to the public in 1979 and became the first zoo in India to join World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) in 2009. It also contains a botanical garden and part of it has been declared a sanctuary. Nandankanan is the only zoological park in India to become an institutional member of world Association of zoos and Aquarium.

6. Regional Science Centre Bhubaneswar
Regional Science Centre was set up in the temple city of Bhubaneswar in the year 1989.
